Looks like the Chinese Government is giving big tax breaks to their solar manufacturers to try to keep them in business!

Well it doesn't seem to be working. What they need are quality controls, not more money to artificially deflate costs. Hopefully pricing in the solar industry begins to reflect the actual cost of production sometime soon.
