Hi, How often I need to clean my solar panels? Is there need to take help from any solar installer or company? Is there need of any specific equipment to clean solar system?

Short answer: hose them off about every 3-4 weeks if it doesn't rain. DO IT EARLY IN THE MORNING BEFORE THE SUN HEATS UP THE PANELS. The probability of broken glass from differential heat stress will be lower.
My array fouls at a rate that reduces performance about 1%/week if it doesn't rain. Depending on intensity and duration, rain restores very approx. 1/2 - 2/3 or a bit more of the fouling related loss of performance. Hosing them off is about the same as a decent rain.
Commercial cleaning is a waste of money.
