The customer is seeking "First Solar" only per specs.

Good luck. First Solar is still ramping up production on the Series 6, and every panel is probably already spoken for by large utility scale projects.
Why do they want this specific panels? Do they realize they are HUGE?
First Solar deals almost exclusively with large utility scale projects in the tens to hundreds of megawatts. I doubt you'll ever get your hands on 26 panels.
