Does anyone have any ideas if I mix in two REC 370 watt panels in a string that has 8 REC 350 watt together into a combiner

in a series string, my guess is the 370w would be reduced to 350w . Best to do the math located in this article:

The more panels in the series the more the difference is skewed off.
Depending on the size of the build, could be cheaper to get a second SCC.Comment

the series string, performance will be nearly identical to just adding more 350

If there is a big difference, you may be able to do it and avoid the penalty by adding a Tigo optimizer to the panel
