You need to do some reading of the NEC. I saw your other post nice drawing; will they also be doing your electrical drawings?
7600-watt inverters would have a maximum output of 32 amps, so everything is sized based on that number.

I did the drawing just AutoCad- They are solaredge so they will have optimizers (ground mount)

You might find it more beneficial to show us a rough schematic of the entire project instead of asking specific questions. I'm not a ground mount expert nor a EE, but there are both of them on this forum to offer suggestions if you are open to it.

My 7.7 SMA inverter max output is 32 amps with a 40 amp breaker. The breaker size is specified in my SMA installation manual.
