Why does my array voltage drop from 60v to 20v ?

The arrays don't push power, the charge controllers pull power from the array, based on load. Perhaps the charge controller reduced the power needed based on the rest of the system? Were your batteries full? Did you try increasing your load?

What does that mean? Where are you measuring 20V? At the array? At the battery? What's the current?
