Good day, I’m a new to the installation of solar grid systems and I greatly appreciate ANY advice on why inverter is not recognizing the solar PV. Here is the equipment that I have (1) Anern Hybrid Solar Inverter EVO Series 7.2KW, 12 solar PV 250W/8.20A and 8 12V/170AH lead acid batteries all PV Anern brand (China). The solar PV are wired and parallel and getting voltage, the problem is in the LCD display on the Inverter the outside electrical grid shows and load along with the battery bank. But the solar PV do not show and I tried various configurations on the inverter without success. Does anybody have any ideas???

"The solar PV are wired and parallel and getting voltage," Does that mean the solar panels are all wired parallel? If, yes, this isn't going to work. Your inverter needs 90VDC to start up. Your one string needs to be above start up voltage, below maximum voltage (with margin) and below maximum current rating as a starting point. You didn't give many panel specification.Attached Files -
Thank you for the reply Oregon_phil, I thought I did disclose the specification on the panels, they are Polycrystalline Silicon PV module, Max power: 250W, Vmp: 30.5V, Imp: 8.20A. I have 12 of them

Voc? Anyway, you can do the math. 12 x Voc is less than inverter Vmax and ideally within MPPT voltage range.Comment
