Yes, I just applied for a building permit for my SolArk and batteries and found an electrical engineer that did a plan set for $350. Two and a half years ago I used a local resource for the building permit and application for a NEM agreement and the cost was higher. Neither of them want their emails posted on a public forum and this site does not allow personal messages. I scanned through our site design, and it looks like they used some type of CAD software for the design. The rest are just document images pulled in to create the overall package that went to our towns building and zoning office. There is no indication of what software was used. Sorry.

My installer did not have a drawing program. I put something together
using a free printed circuit schematic from Express PCB. This was
approved for the permit. Bruce Roe
