Hi, I recently installed a 3.48kw solar system with 9kw batteries 3.68 hybrid inverter with battery plus 5.12 kw battery, I am hooking up to SEG Now, it should take 2 months, when i check the app i see the battey gets 95% full then the generation slows down to around 300- 400 watts from 1500 - 2000 watts, the 300 400 watts powers the home and also keeps the battery at 95%, my question is where is missing watts going?, the exports show 0, i was expecting to export to the grid , however this isnt happening, either this has been done through the settings or it hasnt been hooked up to the grid? Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

A third possibility is that the POCO has not set up the account to export any excess kWh yet. The inverter may be programmed not to export until the contract with the POCO is complete -
