Greetings all,
I have an AP Systems installation (8kw). It uses an ECU-C for the control of the inverters (DS3-L's).
My issue is that the ECU shuts itself down randomly (power and comm leds are off). This can only be reset by physical turning of with the button on the unit. I tried a smart relay to turn the power off remotely, but this has been ineffective.
The inverters are all still flashing green, meaning power is still being generated (in theory).
I raised a query with APS and their main comment was to connect with LAN, not wifi. This is not helpful as is connected with LAN already. (though to be fair, the LAN cable proved to be damaged first time I checked and has since been replaced).
Anyone any suggestions what would cause a power off of the ECU? Any suggestions of what I can do to improve this? I am not at the property full time, so ....
(Installer has gone bust, so no help there)
Cheers, Chris
