Unless the controller has two MPPT channels, I dont think its going to work.

Thanks, no they don't.
Looks like I'll have to figure out how to get the same values in the settings of both. One has bulk float and boost the other has absorb and float.

Bulk and absorb are the same thing. Boost is just a voltage point at which the controller comes out of float and goes into Bulk again.
