I think where there is wet stuff coming down on a frequent basis (like NW ILL), there will
not be an accumulating buildup. Can't detect anything here after 16 months, unwashed.

So the charge from your body that normally triggers the screen is being absorbed by the water?

I think some of these coatings might do it, what about the anti-static ones? Snow is so light I would assume part of its adhesion, at least for the first layer or so, could be repelled by anti-static surfaces.
